• 10% + VAT of the monthly rental within Aberdeen city
• 12% + VAT of the monthly rental out with 5 miles of Aberdeen city centre
• Minimum charge £60.00 + VAT

Interim Inspection Report

• Fixed fee £40.00 + VAT per inspection

End of Tenancy Check Report
